General Refund Terms

  1. Service Fee Refunds:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@promoteducation.com.
    • Refunds will only be considered if the admission process has not been completed and the student has not received an admission receipt from the respective institution.
    • All refund requests are subject to a thorough review and will be processed at the discretion of Promote Education.
  2. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
    • The refund amount, if applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Donation Policy

  • Please note that any donations made as part of the admission process are strictly non-refundable once the candidate receives the admission receipt from the educational institution.
  • Donations are made with the full understanding that they are final and will not be returned under any circumstances after admission confirmation.
